I placed my order earlier today, and the checkout process was really straightforward. I paid by card and it felt secure the whole time. A minute or two after finishing, my confirmation email came through, so everything felt smooth and reassuring.
"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from One Tiny Shop and was actually surprised by how fast the package showed up. Compared to a few other small online shops I’ve used, the tracking was easier to follow and actually updated along the way. It wasn’t like next-day delivery or anything, but it got here in good shape and sooner than I’d planned for. I’d order from them again.

"Not what I expected at all"
I ordered this thinking it would look like the description on the page, but when it arrived, I was disappointed. It looked nothing like what was shown or described, so it felt like I got a completely different item.

I kept expecting something to be missing or wrong, but nope, the order showed up exactly as I placed it. No issues, no weird surprises, which almost made me suspicious in a good way.

I don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. It’s not terrible, but for the price I expected a lot more. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “That’s just how it’s priced based on the features,” which didn’t really help much. Overall, it feels too pricey for what you actually get

"Packaging felt rough"
The box showed up kind of crushed, and I don’t know, it just didn’t feel great opening it like that. Nothing about it gave me a good feeling.

"Not worth the hassle"
It looked decent online, but once it showed up, it felt way cheaper than I expected. The stitching was already loose in a few spots and the material is really thin. It’s not completely useless, but I’m disappointed and annoyed I wasted energy ordering it, opening everything up, and now deciding if it’s even worth dealing with a return.
"Fine overall, but not great if you’re a planner"
My order did show up and the item itself was totally fine, so no issues there. But as someone who likes to plan around deliveries and know when things are arriving, the whole process felt a little frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Not a terrible experience, just kind of annoying if you’re counting on your stuff arriving on time.

"Customer service took a couple days"
I had to reach out to onetinyshop.com about my order, and it took maybe a day or two to hear back. They did eventually reply and helped me sort things out, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish they’d sent updates a little faster. Overall, it was okay — not terrible, but not amazing either.

I tried using the website, but it felt like nobody had really checked how frustrating it is for customers. The pages were loading slowly, the menu kept shifting around, and the checkout process was confusing enough that I just gave up after a few minutes.

"Return was fine, refund just took a little while"
I ordered from One Tiny Shop and ended up needing to return one item because the size didn’t fit right. I still had the order email and receipt, so it was easy to look up what I needed.
The return instructions were clear enough, but I did wait a couple days before support got back to me. Once they replied, they were polite and helped me get it sorted without much hassle.
The refund showed up about a week later. Not the fastest process, and I would’ve liked a few more update emails along the way, but everything did get handled in the end.
